4. Booking and Payments
• All bookings require confirmation through a written contract or email.
• A deposit may be required to secure the service.
• Full payment terms will be discussed before starting any project.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking with Pro House Restore Ltd, the following conditions apply:
• A fixed cancellation fee of £150 will be taken upon booking.
• If you decide to proceed with the project instead of canceling, the £150 cancellation fee will be credited toward the total project cost.
• If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled service date, the £150 cancellation fee is non-refundable.
• This policy is in place to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
• The work site is accessible on the agreed date(s).
• Utilities such as water, power, and lighting are available for the work to be carried out.
• Pets, valuables, and other obstructions are removed from the work area.
7. Project Changes and Delays
• Any requested changes to the agreed scope of work must be discussed in writing and may result in additional costs or project delays.
• Pro House Restore Ltd is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues, client delays).
8. Liability
• Pro House Restore Ltd ensures that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues that arise during the course of work unless specifically addressed in the scope of work.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the contract.
9. Warranty
• Pro House Restore Ltd provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all services, unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations not performed by us.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:
• Payment terms are not met.
• There is unsafe worksite access.
• The client breaches these Terms of Service.
